Garden design is included as standard in our design-and-build process — you get a home visit, survey, 2D visual and fixed-price landscaping quote together. Standalone design for larger projects is priced based on garden size and complexity; we explain the options clearly after the first visit. Most full garden design-and-build projects in Leicestershire start from around £10,000, rising to £50,000+ for large transformations with outdoor kitchens, multiple levels and bespoke structures.

We're based in Sileby and work within roughly a 20-minute drive — mainly Charnwood and north Leicestershire villages such as Quorn, Mountsorrel, Rothley, Loughborough, Birstall, Barrow upon Soar and Sileby itself. We don't cover south Leicester suburbs such as Oadby, Clarendon Park, Knighton, Stoneygate or Evington. Message us with your postcode and we'll confirm straight away.

Both. We're a design-and-build team — Connor surveys your garden, produces a 2D visual, quotes a fixed price, then our in-house crew installs everything. That joined-up approach keeps the design realistic and buildable from day one. If you already have plans from another designer, we can quote the landscaping and installation separately.

Every design project includes an initial home visit, garden survey and measurements, a conversation about layout, style, materials and budget, and a detailed 2D visual of the proposed garden. You also get a fixed-price quotation for the landscaping work, so you understand the full cost before committing. Optional printed A3 copies are available for £99 inc. VAT.

Garden design is the planning stage — survey, layout, materials, planting and structures drawn as a 2D visual before any work starts. Landscaping is the physical build — patios, paths, planting, pergolas and drainage installed on site. We do both under one roof, which means the design is always practical and the build matches what you approved.

After the initial home visit and survey, we typically prepare the 2D design and fixed-price quote within a couple of weeks — sometimes faster for smaller gardens, longer for complex multi-level schemes. Once you approve the design, installation usually takes two to four weeks on site depending on scope and weather.

Yes — many of our design projects are compact village plots in Quorn, Ratby and Mountsorrel where every square metre counts. We specialise in making small gardens feel larger with clever levels, zoning, planting and hard landscaping — outdoor kitchens, seating areas and low-maintenance borders that work year-round.

Yes. We ask about your working budget early so the design is realistic and achievable. That helps us recommend suitable layouts, materials and features without presenting a plan you can't afford to build. The fixed-price quote follows the approved design line by line.
